Centers for Disease Control miscounts number of vaccinated Americans

Published in Blog on December 27, 2021 by Article V Patriot

The CDC admitted last week that they miscounted the data on COVID-19 vaccination rates. They said they've fixed the problem, but Americans want to know: what else have they miscounted?

Americans have been at the mercy of the CDC for the nearly two years of this prolonged pandemic, yet the agency can’t seem to do basic math. The federally funded health agency says the number of people over 65 with one shot was misreported at 99.9%, when in reality that number is actually 95%.

Was this "inaccuracy" a mistake or intentional? Did the agency report a higher number to put greater pressure on Americans to get vaccinated? Or are they simply unable to count?

The CDC claims the mistake was a result of counting second doses or booster shots as the first dose for some people, totaling to millions of incorrectly reported figures.

Adding up doses for certain age groups isn't difficult, but our public health agency that runs on an annual budget of $15 billion can’t manage to provide accurate information to the people it is supposed to serve.

So, what is preventing our health leaders from misconstruing the numbers and providing intentionally skewed data to the public? Not much at all, yet they continue to use peer pressure to tell more people to go get the shot.

Take President Joe Biden’s most recent threat for example. He said you have either done the “right thing” and will not be disrupted by the variant this winter, or you have essentially been rebellious and will have a “winter of severe illness and death” while you overwhelm hospitals.

Biden and his public health cronies are hoping we'll fall for the same peer pressure we're told to ignore as children.

There's an even bigger question at play: if the federal government can't manage to count, why do we believe they can control the healthcare system or run the economy? Time and again, they've shown themselves to be woefully incompetent at "running" the country. And yet, they continue their march towards greater and greater power.

There's only one solution to an incompetent all-powerful government. An Article V Convention of States can reduce federal power and force them back inside their constitutional box.

A Convention of States is called and controlled by the states and has the power to propose constitutional amendments. These amendments can build a permanent firewall against federal tyranny, and halt our descent into greater big-government control.

At this point, government incompetence is the true national emergency, and the best vaccine lies in Article V. Sign the petition below to get involved!

Petition your state legislator

Almost everyone knows that our federal government is on a dangerous course. The unsustainable debt combined with crushing regulations on states and businesses is a recipe for disaster.

What is less known is that the Founders gave state legislatures the power to act as a final check on abuses of power by Washington, DC. Article V of the U.S. Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention to proposing needed amendments to the Constitution. This process does not require the consent of the federal government in Washington DC.

I support Convention of States; a national movement to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress.

I want our state to be one of the necessary 34 states to pass a resolution calling for this kind of an Article V convention. You can find a copy of the model resolution and the Article V Pocket Guide (which explains the process and answers many questions) here: https://conventionofstates.com/handbook_pdf

I ask that you support Convention of States and consider becoming a co-sponsor. Please respond to my request by informing the national COS team of your position, or sending them any questions you may have:
