Rep. Roy is one of the newest endorsers of a Convention of States, but he's also one of the most supportive.
"I wholeheartedly endorse the Convention of States Project," he said last year. "Washington is broken, and the people--through their respective states--must reassert their power and primacy in our federalist system."
As a member of Congress, Rep. Roy knows how crucial a Convention of States is to our nation's future. He works hard to advance a liberty-first agenda, but he knows that most of his colleagues do not. The answer to our problems lies in the American grassroots.
"We cannot continue to print trillions of dollars to fund bureaucrats who trample self government and individual sovereignty," he said.
