You are invited to join the Convention of States West Virginia team at the capitol in Charleston on Monday February, 12.
We will meet at the Byrd Statue in the Rotunda on the second floor of the State Capitol Complex, 1900 Kanawha Blvd. E. at 9:00am.
Senator Jim DeMint of South Carolina will also be there to answer questions and support our efforts for the Convention of States.
We need you to show up and let your legislators know you want West Virginia to be one of the 34 states needed to hold an Article V convention. We have their backs.
Helpful Tips
Bring comfortable shoes and coins for the parking meters. There is a shuttle that goes to remote parking. Handicapped parking is also available. Information about the capitol grounds can be found by clicking on this link.
If you have never visited the capitol, this is a great opportunity. After all, it is the People’s Capitol of West Virginia. Maps can be downloaded here.
