On Saturday, June 12th, a group of patriots from the Charlotte region met for lunch at Dunwelz in Mint Hill. The gathering, organized by Regional Captain John Moore and District Captain Frank Shults, enjoyed lunch, camaraderie, and information.
The team, who came from all over the greater Charlotte region, met new members. They introduced new leadership and their roles and discussed the upcoming Senate vote.
Plans were made for a coordinated visit to several State Senators who may need additional information regarding Article V, its purpose and our Resolution. Also planned are Telepatriot calls and a letter writing campaign.
This lunch, like so many others happening across this country, was a "huddle," akin to a huddle before the final minute of the game. We have the formula for returning our government to its Constitutional limits. It is time to stretch for the goal line and leave it all on the field.
