Convention of States Hawaii has published its first 2021 issue of The COSHI Courier featuring an interview with Mark Meckler, Co-Founder and President of the Convention of States Project.
Locally written, the COS Hawaii newsletter is typically produced twice a year: a mid-January issue intended for legislators and a summer issue focused on building grassroots support.
This issue includes a new feature titled “Constituent Voices” in which key volunteers express their reasons for supporting Convention of States in Hawaii. Also included is an article about federalism, a tribute to the late senator and dedicated sponsor Breene Harimoto, plus several QR links to informative videos.
As a capstone for state legislators, the publication’s back page lists in rank order for both the House and Senate, the number of petition signers living in each district.
