A District Captain for the Convention of States Project has two primary objectives: grow their team and develop a relationship with their state legislators.
As Andrew explains in this episode of the 5 Hour Activist, both goals can be achieved even during the coronavirus lockdown.
"Despite the lockdown, I've still been able to be an effective activist in my district," Andrew said. "That's what this video is going to be about: the simple things that I've done from home to be an effective activist."
