Ed Lulay was frustrated with federal overreach and frustrated with every "solution" he tried. He volunteer for political campaigns in multiple states, but those politicians failed to keep their promises once they arrived in D.C.
But when he heard about the Convention of States Project, he knew he'd found what he'd been looking for. With Ed's help, Tennessee was one of the first states to successfully pass Convention of States, and Ed was awarded a COS Challenge Coin to recognize his hard work and dedication.
