The South Dakota Convention of States team is preparing for committee. HJR 5001 has been referred to the House State Affairs Committee, and a hearing is likely for Friday, February 7th.

These four Republican State Representatives have previously voted AGAINST having South Dakota join the Convention of States, and they all sit on the House State Affairs Committee!
