When our country was created and declared itself free from the global powers that be way back then, they prayed to God to provide their brave leaders with wisdom and diligence to succeed in His glory.
It's apparent God answered their prayers. We have been blessed as a country and have consistently dug in deep to our core and fought for freedom and liberty for all.
The road to freedom to this day has not been paved smooth. There have been many obstacles, conflicts and heartbreaks along the way, with many that gave their all. May they rest in peace.
But, as we all know, money and greed go hand in hand with control and power; the root of all evil. From the very beginning, George Washington knew this.
In his Farewell Address, he expresses many candor thoughts regarding the newly created union, the strength of its diversity, the rights of the People, the Constitution, and the politicians of our government who are supposed to secure our sovereignty.
President Washington goes rather deep in detail exposing much about the system and these people in it.
He clearly warns us of a corrupt political party and their relentless desire for complete control. He describes the tactics they’ll use and how they will deceive the American people they serve in this tenacious quest for domination; much of what’s happening today.
The Convention of States has coordinated efforts to propose amendments through the use of Article V in our Constitution, that will limit the out of control spending of big government, implement term limits for certain political positions as well as return power back to the states where it belongs – not the unelected bureaucrats in Washington, D.C.
Many history-making individuals have been noted regarding money, the banking system, greed and power. Here are just a few:
1787: James Madison, President of the United States, 1809-1817
"History records that money changers have used every form of abuse, intrigue, deceit, and violent means possible to maintain their control over governments by controlling money and it's issuance..."
1790: Mayer Amschel Rothschild, Founding Father of International Finance
"Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who makes it's laws."
1809: Thomas Jefferson, President of the United States, 1801-1809
"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raised up a monied aristocracy that has set the government at defiance. The issuing power of money should be taken away from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs."
1820: John Adams, President of the United States, 1797-1801
"All the perplexities, confusion, and distress in America arises, not from the defects of the Constitution or Confederation, not from want of honor or virtue, so much as from downright ignorance of the nature of coin, credit, and circulation."
1913: Charles A. Lindbergh, United States Congressman, 1907-1917
"The Federal Reserve Act establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When President Wilson signs this bill, the invisible government of monetary power will be legalized...the worst legislative crime of the ages is perpetuated by this banking and currency bill"
1916: Woodrow Wilson, President of the United States, 1913-1921
"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country."
1922: Henry Ford, Founder the Ford Motor Company
"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and money system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."
