On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, the COS Louisiana Team converged on the Capitol Rotunda in Baton Rouge. Our annual trek to the capital was to meet and greet our Louisiana Representatives and Senators. Each member of the two houses of the legislature was given little gift bags with COS material and snacks for the day.
Mark Meckler, President of COS, joined us, and Jonathan Viaud, COS Regional Director, passed states. It was exciting for us to give our best wishes to our new and seasoned legislators.
The leaders of each house announced us in the House and Senate chambers. Our team is becoming respected by our government officials. Everyone was welcoming and appreciated our attendance. Forty-four representatives stopped by our tables for their goodie bags, and photos were taken.
