If you are like me and are frustrated by what is happening in Washington and Lansing but think you cannot make a difference, I want to talk to you!
My name is Bill Pacey, and I am the State Grassroots Coordinator for the Convention of States here in Michigan.
Because of the grassroots efforts of volunteers in Michigan, we have been able to get our Convention of states resolution introduced into the House of Representatives in Lansing. Rep. Matt Hall from the 63rd District sponsored this, and 25 other representatives co-sponsored it!
While this is excellent news, we still have much to do! Passing this resolution still requires:

While this is excellent news, we still have much to do! Passing this resolution still requires:
- Elections and Ethics Committee to review, discuss and pass
- Passing, by a majority vote, in the MI House of Representatives
This is where you and I come in. Our legislators in Lansing listen and respond when We the People stand up, speak up, and show up. If our Article V resolution is going to pass, we need to do just that. I need your help.
- First, I need everyone to decide to stand up. Many of you think there is nothing that will change the direction of the country. Well, you may be right, but I, for one, am planning to go down fighting. I am not going to let the socialists march in and take my homeland without a fight.
- Next, I need you to call and write your legislators and tell them you want this resolution passed. Find your Rep.
- And most of all, I want you to decide to show up. The fact is many of us have not taken responsibility for our homeland. We make excuses like: I am too busy, or I have a family to raise. If we said that about caring for our houses, they would not be livable. Yet, we see that very thing in America because good people have let our homeland go unattended. It is time for that to change.
The first is a zoom call this Tuesday night, May 4, at 7:30 p.m. ET. Patriots, join the 2021 kickoff for passing this resolution! This will be a one-hour event to explain where we are and what we need each citizen to do. Here is the link:
Passcode: 1776
Second, we expect thousands to show up on Thursday, June 10, on the Capitol steps in Lansing. We need you to join us. We need the legislators to know that we the people are here to save our nation. Parking structures that take debit and credit cards and maps make this easy!
Can I count on you?
Bill
