We could use some more volunteers to man the Convention of States table seeking petition signers. Volunteers are needed on October 31 and November 1.
Over 2,000 people are expected to be at this event. This is a chance for us to get a lot of petitions signed. Many of them will be coming from the U.P. and Senate District 36. These are very important areas that we need help in encouraging the state senators to support COS.
Can you imagine if on Nov. 2, those two senators got 500 petitions from us telling them to support Convention of States?
We are very close to getting the resolution passed in the Michigan Senate and that might make all the difference in pushing it through.
