Libertarian leader Adam Kokesh recently interviewed Louisiana COS state leader Bryce Barras at this year's Libertarian Party National Convention.
"It's a very exciting idea," Kokesh said, "and it really hits at the core of a lot of what's important to me as a libertarian."
