Veterans Coalition (VC) member Ken Kusluch led a three man blockwalking team in Westcliffe to gather petitions supporting Convention of States.
"We walked for two hours. Stopped at 27 houses, talked to 16 people and got 15 signatures. Our hit rate was 93.75%"
