It's a hot summer at Galena Days, and Convention of States was there!
Volunteers set up a booth and handed out refreshing solutions that tamed the hottest of tempers boiling under bureaucracy.
They explained Article V and the Convention of States application. They discussed what topics might fall under the three subjects of a convention with every fair patron who came by to greet them.
