Convention of States Action has many supporters on both sides of the aisle, but it also has its opponents. The vast majority of those who are resistant or even hostile to reigning in Washington, D.C. with Article V are, unsurprisingly, powerful individuals within the federal government.
Senator Ira Pressrites, an ardent opponent to Convention of States, has dropped another podcast, in which he critiques COS's recent undercover video debunking the arguments of the John Birch Society. Pressrites has much to say not only on this topic, but also the political debates between Trump and Biden, as well as a quick note on Independence Day.
