COS Live hosts Andrew Lusch and Rita Peters bid farewell to their popular weekly show on Wednesday with an emotional tribute to past episodes. Moving away from its weekly cadence, the revamped program will now center around delivering timely and crucial updates on legislative developments in real-time, promising, as Garrett “Producer G” Humbertson put it, “to show you history in the making.”
In a heartfelt montage, the concluding episode guided fans on a trip down memory lane, revisiting standout conversations with beloved guests, including Professor Robert Natelson, Pete Hegseth, Jenna Ellis, Congressman Chip Roy, Congressman Josh Brecheen, Representative Bill Taylor, and many more. Yet, amidst these luminaries, the true stars of the show, the grassroots, rightfully claimed the spotlight.
“That,” reminisced Garrett, “was really the core of the show — shining a light on what the grassroots were doing to push this movement forward.”
Often an opportunity for COS activists and champions on the state level to share from their incredible wealth of wisdom and political sagacity, the show touched, inspired, and empowered countless patriots over its six-year run.
“Every single time we get some of our volunteers on this program and get to talk to them about what they’re doing to make a difference,” said Rita Peters, “it inspires me and motivates me to keep fighting, keep working.” Andrew Lusch agreed, expressing his desire to stand “shoulder to shoulder” with the army in the field “because the country needs it, and we have to save this country.”
