Calling for a Convention of States - It is resolved that Colorado (insert party here) encourage the Colorado General Assembly to adopt a resolution calling for a convention of the states under Article V of the US Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress
