The Convention of States Hawaii team has compiled, edited, and printed another installment of its newsletter The COSHI Courier, its second issue for 2019.
In this summer publication, prime sponsor and introducer Senator Mike Gabbard promotes a Convention of States in a written interview, while COS Hawaii Grassroots Coordinator Brett Kulbis offers his thoughts on the importance of grassroots involvement.
