I would personally like to thank all of those who have recently signed up to volunteer for one of our many NJ COS teams. I know that depsite being extremely busy in your daily lives, many of you signed up anyway because you are very passionate about this cause. I also know that some of you are chomping at the bit to get started on our path to victory, which we believe is closer than ever.
I want you all to know that we in the NJ COS family see you all as "diamonds in the rough," a select group of patriots who share our passion and commitment. Patriots who understand that this is the only solution as big as the problem, and are willing to make sacrifices as the Founding Fathers once did so many years ago. Thanks to your commitment, as 2018 approaches, we believe we have developed a winning strategy to get this resolution passed in New Jersey! Here are a few goals for the teams in the new year:
For the Trenton Team: The goal must be to work together, establish channels of communication, and create a presence in Trenton that our Legislators cannot ignore.
For the Legislative Support Team: Your goal will be to meet the 3 legislators in your district, develop a relationship with them, and explain why you support COS. Whether they agree immediately or not, they must understand that the number of supporters in their district is growing by the day.
For the Events & Presentations Team: Let's continue to get the word out there! Most NJ residents now agree it's time for term limits and fiscal restraints on Washington, so we must siphon through crowded events to find those who are hungry for knowledge and truth.
For the Media Team: We must expand our message through all media platforms. Our volunteers are hungry to know what is happening in our organization. Our Legislators must know who we are and where we stand. Our citizens need to see that NJ can be the first Blue State across the finish line. This messaging starts with your team!
For the Volunteer Cleanup Team: The goal is to treat every volunteer like a fresh seedling. Our Team assignments are the fertile ground they need, but the seedlings will need your water, sunlight, and nourishment to help them grow! Consider hosting barbecues and parties, because free food, games, and prizes always helps bring in volunteers.
For the Coalitions Team: We must infiltrate organizations like never before. Together with the Presentations Team and Media Team, we must garner support from other like-minded coalitions for this great cause.
