When a movement enjoys as much success as the Convention of States Project, you might be tempted to say to yourself, "We have hundreds of thousands of volunteers across the country. Do we really need more people to get this done?"
We're happy to have such widespread support, but we think you might be asking the wrong question.
Here's what you might want to ask yourself instead: "I have the opportunity to be a part of history. Shouldn't I want my friends and family to have the same opportunity?"
Yes! The Convention of States Project is perhaps the largest political undertaking this country has ever seen. We have the chance to curb the abuses of Washington, D.C., once and for all, and preserve liberty in our great country for generations to come.
A good friend doesn't let friends miss this opportunity of a lifetime.
Fortunately, it's easy to spread the word to your friends and family! Here are three ways you can do it:
An email to your contact list is a great way to start a conversation about an Article V Amending Convention. Most people are more receptive to an email from a friend than one from an organization, so this is one of the best ways to quickly reach out to a large number of people. Plus, if you're a District Captain, you'll likely be able to recruit more volunteers in your district.
Just remember to BCC your email list, so you don't reveal all your friends' emails to each other!

If you're on Facebook, sharing the posts from the Convention of States Project Facebook page is an excellent, fast way to tell your friends about the latest Article V news.
Face-to-Face
We encourage you to speak with your friends and family about the Convention of States Project as you see them on a day-to-day basis. It's simple, easy, and you don't have to do anything apart from your normal routine. When you go to lunch with a coworker or see a friend at a party, bring up the Convention of States Project and explain how Article V can return our federalist system.
Those are three great way to spread the word about this last, best chance to preserve liberty! Remember: friends don't let friends miss the Convention of States movement.
