Legislative Status
The Florida Legislative Session Started on January 9, 2018 and runs for 60-days as limited by the Florida Constitution.
There are four vacant seats in the House and two vacant in the Senate pending special elections. Information about each election and the candidates that have filed and their status are shown below. In some cases, the Governor has not yet issued an Executive Order calling for the special election to file the vacancies. Will update as information becomes available.
