A Meet & Greet with District Captain John James is scheduled for Saturday, August 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Tustin Library in Orange County, California.
James' district is currently served in the Assembly by Steven Choi (R) and in the Senate by John Moorlach (R). By educating attendees on Article V and Convention of States, James hopes to build his district team.
"Since this is my first district meeting, I also want to see if this facility will be good for future events," James stated.
In State Assembly District 68 there are currently about 1,500 petition signers. The entire COS California team is focused on building the grassroots with education and outreach through events and email/social media contact.
