August 29 marked the first opportunity for Convention of States Delaware leaders to join together for an in-person meeting.
Braving a severe storm, District Captains from all three counties converged in the state's capital for the state strategy meeting led by Regional Director Monica Sellers.
The team had a great time learning more about each other and the motivations that led to taking the step of becoming a grassroots activist. The team discussed the Convention of States mission and the long-range objectives for our state, as well as practical measures to move us toward those goals.
Permeating our meeting was a spirit of inspiration as we were reminded of the great blessing of liberty--which we have the responsibility to steward--as well as the great power of the grassroots in protecting those freedoms.
Our leaders were treated to a special virtual visit from Convention of States President Mark Meckler, topping off a memorable event!
