Just in case you've not heard the Great News.......Our Resolution (J.R.H. 1) was filed by Sponsor Representative Mark Higley. Rep. Higley along with EIGHT additional legislators are fighting for "We The People" too rein in the out of control Federal Government and they need our Help!
Convention of States Action (COSA) Vermont invites every freedom-loving patriot in the state to this important event. Don't miss this opportunity to join our team and other COS supporters in rallying our legislators too support "We the People" using Article V too rein in the out of control Federal Govt. and make LASTING CHANGE once and for all.

What is a Surge? It's a single day when COSA patriots rally at the State House to promote and advocate for the passage of our COS resolutions.
Join COS national leaders, local volunteers, and fellow supporters as we rally at the State House at 9:00 AM on Friday, March 14th. First, we'll rally together and hear from our leaders about exciting COS developments in Vermont and throughout the Country. Then we will deliver critical COS information to all the members of the General Assembly.
All COS supporters (including friends and family) are encouraged to join the festivities.
Many supporters have asked how they can be prepared for the event. No preparation is necessary (just you coming and showing your support of COS is enough). If you want additional action items in preparation for March 14th, below are some ideas.
