Early in March, Jim Barrett--who owns Roads Scholar Transport--authorized COS advertising signs on several of his trucks on a trial basis.
We hope that because of the wide-ranging routes of Roads Scholar Transport trucks in the mid-Atlantic region, these signs will attract the attention of drivers and encourage them to sign the COS petition. We are tracking the responses, based on the visits to the identified web page.
