Your Convention of States New York team is making a bold move for our Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, Surge Day.
Even though we are once again unable to gather en masse in Albany to rally our supporters, your COS NY team will not be deterred from their mission by mandates and the like.
We have survived the pandemic by speaking to our representatives locally, obtained the greatest number of co-sponsors for our resolution in both the Senate and the Assembly, and we will not let our voices be silenced in 2022!
If we cannot physically be at the Capitol on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, we will make sure our legislators know how where we stand when it comes to our resolution.
And that’s where we need your help. On Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, Please call your Assemblyperson and State Senator, and asked them to not only support the Convention of States resolution, but to bring it to a vote In committee!

If your representative is a committee member, please request they bring us up for a vote! If your representative is not on one of these committees, please ask them to urge their fellow representatives to bring us up for a vote!
