Convention of States NY sponsored it's 1st ever Volunteer of the Year Award for our Team.
As recognition for our wonderful NY Team, we decided to hold our very own Volunteer of the Year Award. We opened the voting to all of our team members both volunteers for our state and our National Team Leaders!
After a very close race, COS NY is proud to announce our Regional Team Leader for South Western NY, Thomas L Dunning, garnered the most votes by his teammates and was awarded the COS NY 2023 Volunteer of the Year Trophy!
As the State Director for COS NY, It was my absolute pleasure in presenting the award to Thomas! He has consistently stepped up as needed, attended every event he could, initiated Library Meetings in his district to educate his constituents about Article V, continuously kept apprised of his Legislators meetings and attended any and all meetings of like minded groups to speak about COS!
Thomas is the epitome of a Volunteer Activist, Self Governing Citizen and Servant Leader! Great Job Thomas!
