COS New Jersey Teams Up with Mark Levin at Bark In The Park!

Published in Blog on August 16, 2019 by Jonathan Viaud

The Convention of States New Jersey team has continued to spread the message of Article V and were recently assisted by a familiar face.

Radio and television host Mark Levin, a member of the COS Legal Board of Reference, helped COS NJ volunteers promote Convention of States at the Bark in the Park event on Saturday, August 10, in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.

In addition to posing for pictures with volunteers, Levin gave a special shout out to COS from the main stage at Overpeck County Park.

"Sign the petition," said Levin. "15 states...have signed onto a resolution to breathe new life back into parts of our Constitution."

"Once he did that, we got many more petition signatures," noted District Captain Gary Brenner.

FUT Member Piera Accumanno, who recorded Levin's speech, added, "It was very easy to go around and ask people to sign the petition that Mark Levin [had] mentioned on stage."
