The picture is of members of the Kansans For Constitutional Integrity welcoming Representative Doug Droge to his new position in the Kansas State House.
Kansans For Constitutional Integrity has always supported the call for an Article V Convention of States. Their support for COS was boldly stated in the following testimony to the Kansas House Federal and State Affairs Committee for the 2023-24 legislative session:

To the Honorable Will Carpenter, Chair of the Kansas House Federal
and State Affairs Committee and all House members, Tom Kessler, Jo

Miller, Lisa Moser, John Resman, Louis Ruiz, Clarke Sanders, Stephanie Sawyer Clayton, Adam Smith, and Adam Thomas:
As a grassroots organization Kansans For Constitutional Integrity since forming in 2009 has watched the deterioration of our Constitutional Republic due to multiple and varied usurpations of powers and assaults by the federal government on the inalienable AND constitutionally guaranteed rights of its citizens.
The Founders of this nation foresaw that such abuses as they experienced leading to the institution this new government could easily rise within that new government. Thus, the thirteen States’ representatives defined precisely the limited powers of the federal government. “We the People” consent to be governed. By election of the people The STATES are therefore the Governing Body of this nation. That includes YOU and all elected legislators in Kansas. YOU ARE our voice and YOURS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY to uphold the law of this land.
The framers provided a remedy when abuses developed to avoid the
shedding of blood or military rectification:
AN ARTICLE V CONVENTION.
Since 1787 the US Congress has initiated the process to convene such a Convention resulting in twenty-seven Amendments; however, by definition this Article of the Constitution provides equal authority to call such a convention to either two thirds of both the Houses of the US Congress OR two thirds of the STATE LEGISLATURES. The time is NOW for the States to call for an Article V Convention if this Republic, the United States of America, is to be preserved.
Therefore, Kansans For Constitutional Integrity submits its FULL SUPPORT for an ARTICLE V Convention as defined in HCR 5008 and as
its representative I implore each of you to vote in favor of this Concurrent Resolution.
