District Captain Mike Beeny and his wife held a petition signing event at Ammo Arizona to educate people on the Convention of States and distribute information on the movement.
They encouraged people to sign the COS petition, to get involved, and to volunteer to help the organization. They spent 4 hours talking to people, handing out informational flyers, and educating people on COS. At the end of the day, they had 33 supporting petitions signed and 4 possible volunteers.
The bottom line is that they met a lot of really nice people and were able to get the COS message out there. Amazingly, there are still a lot of people who have never heard of us.
They have several more events planned in the coming weeks and look forward to meeting more new people and talking to them about COS.
