The Town Crier is located in front of the Rancho Bernardo Post Office at the corner of Lomica & Acena 92198.
The Town Crier will be at the RB Post Office on Friday, February 23rd from 11:00AM to 4:00PM.
Our Convention of States Town Crier is an educator on all matters for Convention of States and the Article V process.
