Stephen Moore joined Convention of States California (COS CA) a little over a year ago as a District Captain for Assembly District 35. He began his leadership not too long after I became the State Director for California.
Learning the ropes of being a District Captain under the leadership of a State Director who was still learning the ropes couldn't have been easy.
Steve is a truly dedicated and loyal patriot of our cause, who successfully navigated our existing database system then enthusiastically learned the ins and outs of an entirely new system to effectively recruit volunteers in his district.
Under Steve's leadership, District 35 volunteers have been featured on on radio shows advocating for Article V, the Convention of States and the benefits our movement could bring to California.
Most recently, Stephen Moore helped train new COS CA District Captains. His leadership, sincere sense of duty and responsibility is building the base of volunteers in District 35 and around the state.
Thank you, Steve, for all you are doing to advance liberty and make history. I am honored to award you the Patriot Pin from Convention of States Action, in recognition of your exemplary leadership within the California team.
