Sporting new Convention of States buttons, pins, postcards, and enthusiasm, the COS Hawaii team visited the state capitol on Wednesday, February 5, to distribute Article V materials to all legislators.
Expecting the Convention of States resolution to be filed in the House and Senate in less than two weeks, the Hawaii team passed out new Pocket Guides, Michael Farris's article debunking the "runaway convention" myth, and another 28 handwritten postcards to 14 senators and 9 representatives.
State Director Mark White awarded the Hawaii team with a special recognition consisting of the new Patriot Pin attached to new Convention of States buttons. Handouts included a new Pocket Guide, a surge article, and handwritten postcards.
