Over the last couple of weeks, members of the Alabama leadership team have been branching out across our state to meet with supporters and volunteers. From the Mobile area to the northern most parts of our state, planning sessions have occurred or have been scheduled over the next few weeks.
Our goal to educate, train, and inform Convention of States members is at full throttle. Each attendee is receiving a list of their elected officials, their phone numbers, their office numbers, who supports our efforts, and who does not.
It is our intent to educate each of the new members of the Alabama House and Senate with staggered visits to the State House, phone calls, emails ,and handwritten letters to ensure they know that the Convention of States Alabama team is engaged.
Moving forward it is crucial that our members are well informed and understand how best to communicate with their district’s elected officials.
This is key to our continued success in Alabama.
