A National D.I.V.O.R.C.E.? That Would Be An Extreme Nullification of America's Founding: Part One

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene tweeted a poll last week asking her followers a rabble-rousing question: "should America have a national divorce?" 

Early poll results (50.9% backed the idea, 38% opposed it, and 10.4% were undecided) reveal the growing realization that the federal government has become a conscienceless caste made of two types of politicians: one which rules with hammer and sickle tyranny and the other type is paralyzed with fear of any less-than-stellar headlines from the media-mob opPRESSors, basically serves as a praetorian guard.

In simpler terms: the American people want to put an end to despotic government.

But a national "divorce" is not the solution! Article V is the solution.

It is my opinion that the communist hammer and sickle never truly represented the “workers’ and the “farmers” as they proclaimed— it more correctly represents the tools used to beat down individuality and cut our spiritual soul into pieces. 

So why would any free man submit to such a maniacal American-ectomy? 

A National divorce? Are you kidding me? The ginormous absurdity of the idea leaves me vexed at the lack of appreciation and comprehension for all that America has stood for since its inception. It’s a slap in the face to centuries of American soldiers who have been the preeminent defender of freedom throughout the world.

To understand the argument for and the prominence of America's union, one should reread the Federalist Papers as well as memoirs, too numerous to count, written by those around the world who were liberated from totalitarianism, by our oath-keeping American soldiers.  

Americans do not relent! Let me repeat myself— Americans do not relent! Now open a window and shout it for the world— Americans...Do...Not...Relent! 

We cannot be propagandized into division, or propagandized into surrendering our national sovereignty, or to dissolving our Union— as Calvin Coolidge said: THAT IS FINAL! 

If all men are created equal, that is final. If they are endowed with inalienable rights, that is final. If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final. No advance, no progress can be made beyond these propositions. If anyone wishes to deny their truth or their soundness, the only direction in which he can proceed historically is not forward, but backward toward the time when there was no equality, no rights of the individual, no rule of the people. Those who wish to proceed in that direction can not lay claim to progress. They are reactionary. Their ideas are not more modern, but more ancient, than those of the Revolutionary fathers. —Calvin Coolidge

Our Union is the most unique in human history— it has lifted mankind in every aspect of life: economically, virtuously and culturally— and it is worth fighting, living and dying for.

America was the first and remarkably the only nation to ever declare that each individual is born with unalienable rights. The Declaration of Independence is universal in scope and should be in its application: No man may be governed except by his consent— No people may be governed except by their consent.

Yet here we are in the 21st century and America’s Constitution remains unmatched in its guarantees and limits on governing power. And globalists think themselves progressive? What a farce. 

The Founders dared to declare that people had the unalienable right to self-govern. Its distinguishing premise is that governments are formed (and necessary) to protect our natural rights. In order to fulfill this self-evident truth, the Framers then drafted America's Constitution forming a representative republic with two key advantages: sovereignty lies with the people (outside the government) and the powers granted to the government are enumerated and separated. 

Since America was established on protecting the unalienable rights of the individual then it is the primary duty of government officials to protect those rights. 

Consistency, honorability and accountability must be present in government in order for it to serve its purposed function with trustworthiness. Decades’ worth of repeated violations of these key elements of good government are the equivalent to the” long train of abuses and usurpations” Jefferson spoke of in the Declaration, and definitely should make us want to tap the liberty bell 13 times to conjure the Founders’ spirit as well as to tap into Article V of the Constitution to restore our unsurpassed constitutional representative republic. 

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security] —Declaration of Independence

As the Declaration states, it is natural for a people to rebel against a bad government, it is also natural for a people to establish a new one that is good— However, it is vitally important to clarify a point here which is often overlooked: America already threw off a despotic government with the Revolutionary War and already instituted a new government with the ratification of the Constitution. 

And as Calvin Coolidge so wisely articulated: That is final.

We are not called to cut our losses and surrender vast areas of freedom —

What we are called to do is to support and defend the principles of liberty— to amend the Constitution, re-declare American principles and restore our unique government system with the reason, wisdom and provisions bequeathed to us. 

When the government abandons their duty, it subverts the primary purpose of America’s government and the American people are justified in joining with others to amend the constitution, to make adjustments to instill new "Guards" for securing liberty for future generations— For to live under anarchy or under despotism is a miserable state of existence— neither of which has a single legitimate means for taking root in America but by unchecked usurpations. 

Today, millions of Americans, armed with the knowledge of their constitutional authority as well as the power of amendments, have joined in a concerted effort with the Convention of States Project (COS), not to throw off government, but to restore it to its primary purpose. The cure is the assertion of constitutional principles, reason and reformation— not relinquishment of American principles or the relinquishment of our states and brethren  to unaccountable totalitarian infiltrators disguised as defenders of the Constitution. 

The distinction of the COS revolutionary movement is that it is 100% consistent with the principles of the Declaration of Independence and 100% consistent in supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States of America. It is the ultimate means for government accountability and it preserves the perpetual American Union.

Furthermore, the immediate object of the Constitution was to bring the present thirteen states into a secure union; therefore, to secede or dissolve would be an extreme nullification of America's founding.

Disunion would only benefit the totalitarians around the globe— oh how delighted they would be to see the American people finally fall for their century-long attack on Americanism and freedom.

There is a cure, and its not a lab-engineered virus or its subsequent mandated vax jab.

The cure for government overspending, election fraud, political prisoners, the two-tiered justice system, vaccine totalitarianism, the weaponized intel apparatus, suppression of free speech, violations against the 2nd amendment, Tech tyranny, fraudulent investigations, staged insurrections, fraudulent impeachments, perpetual wars, indoctrination, political corruptness, the Wuhan-CDC bio-weapons coalition, self-enriching schemes by politicians, entrenched unprincipled bureaucrats, the war on women, race baiting, climate hysteria, the war on capitalism, attacks on the nuclear family, and all things anti-America— is in the Constitution.

It may surprise you, but to secure the cure for all of these— like Dorothy discovered in the Wizard of Oz— we don't need to comply to the demands of the "great Wizard" or cave to a feeling of hopelessness— the power to go back, to a place of authentic principled American government, has been with us all along: it lies in Article V of the Constitution— Calling for a convention of the States is the ultimate show of the will and duty of self-governance. 

Our Union is Perpetual.
