The 2025 COS Pennsylvania Surge at the Capitol will be on Monday, March 24, 2025, in Harrisburg, PA. 

Convention of States Action (COSA) Pennsylvania invites every freedom-loving patriot in the Commonwealth to this important event. Don't miss this opportunity to join Senator Santorum at the Capitol.

Surge Day Details 

When: Monday, March 24th, 9 AM

Where: The Pennsylvania Capitol Building

East Wing Rotunda (Just Inside The East Wing Entrance)

Commonwealth Avenue - Harrisburg, PA

 

What is a Surge? It's a single day when COSA patriots rally at the Capitol in Harrisburg to promote and advocate for the passage of our COS resolutions.

Join COS national leaders, local volunteers, and fellow supporters as we rally at the Capitol East Wing Rotunda at 9:00 AM on March 24th. First, we'll rally together and hear from our leaders about exciting COS developments in Pennsylvania and throughout the Country. Then, we will break up into groups and deliver critical COS information to all the members of the General Assembly.

All COS supporters (including friends and family) are encouraged to join the festivities.

Many supporters have asked how they can be prepared for the event. No preparation is necessary (just you coming and showing your support of COS is enough). If you want additional action items in preparation for March 24th, below are some ideas.

Security Checkpoint

All visitors - no exceptions - to the PA State Capitol will be processed through metal detectors. All bags and packages will be x-rayed, and are subject to hand inspection. Personal items may be hand-inspected. Security screening may require whole body pat-down. Confiscated materials will NOT be returned. Click here for more information on security procedures.
