President & Co-Founder Mark Meckler will join us for the Capitol Surge on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, in Harrisburg, PA.
Convention of States Action (COSA) Pennsylvania invites every freedom-loving patriot in the Commonwealth to this exciting event.
Surge Day Schedule
- 9 AM: COS Rally At The Capitol Fountain (Just Outside The East Wing Entrance)
- Meet & Organize with other Volunteer Activists
- Hear Presentations from PA State & National COS Leaders
- Take a Group Picture by the Capitol Fountain
- 10 AM: Enter Capitol Building
- Distribute COS Informational Packets to Legislators & Staffers
- 12:30 PM: Rally Debrief Back At The Capitol Fountain
- Hear Final Remarks from Surge Organizers & Congratulate Each Other For Successfully Exercising Grassroot Activism
- 1:00 PM: Concluding Remarks and Farewell
- Shake Hands, Share Hugs, and Return Home Safely to Continue The Fight For Freedom
What is a Surge? It's a single day when COSA patriots rally at the State Capitol in Harrisburg to promote and advocate for passage of the COS resolutions.
Join COS National and Local Leaders and many volunteers as we rally outside the State Capitol at 9:00 am on April 10th. We'll hear from our leaders on the latest news about COS nationwide and in Pennsylvania. We will then enter the Capitol and deliver critical COS information to all the members of the General Assembly.
All COS supporters (including friends and family) are encouraged to join the festivities.
Many supporters have asked how they can be prepared for the event. No preparation is necessary (just you coming and showing your support of COS is enough). If you want additional action items in preparation for April 10, below are some ideas.

Security Checkpoint
All visitors - no exceptions - to the PA State Capitol will be processed through metal detectors. All bags and packages will be x-rayed, and are subject to hand inspection. Personal items may be hand-inspected. Security screening may require whole body pat-down. Confiscated materials will NOT be returned. Click here for more information on security procedures.
