Majority of Americans Changing Holiday Plans Due to Rising Prices in Groceries and Gas
Independents and Republicans Strongly Impacted, While Democrats Show Little Impact
(Austin, TX—November 23, 2021) Convention of States Action, in partnership with The Trafalgar Group—one of America’s most accurate pollsters in 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2021—is releasing the results of a new national survey. Results were from surveys conducted November 13th through November 16th of over 1,000 likely 2022 election voters.
“It’s already been a rough holiday season, and now hard-working Americans—who have earned precious time with family and friends this Thanksgiving—are being forced to cancel or change their plans. This is not due to their own actions, but rather to failed leadership in Washington, DC, ” said Mark Meckler, President of Convention of States Action. “When this holiday was established, the country came together to thank Almighty God for His blessings on our nation. This year, it’s clear that the blessing we should seek is the restoration of leaders who listen to and are actually concerned about the lives of the people they represent.”
