There are a number of volunteer activities that can contribute to our mission as a passed state to "Build an engaged army of self-governing grassroots activists". This document will assist you in helping to define and participate in local and State government, civic and private community and business affairs. In essence we need our Volunteers to be the "eyes, ears and voice" to learn about what’s happening in their respective communities. Each Volunteer is asked to pass on opportunities they discover (presentations, table top informational activity, etc.) to their District Captain or COS leadership personnel. State leadership and District Captains will then determine how, when and with what resources to proceed. All District Volunteers will be asked to participate.
