Vision:
COS-Florida is an Army of Volunteers who are equipped and enabled through education and enlightenment, who engage the Florida voting population and their children on topics related to Article V of the Constitution and civics education at large.
We will:
Educate: To bring a person to a point where they realize/recognize a principle, concept, and/or fact they had now yet known.
Enlighten: Using the known concept, principle, and or fact to bring about/inform a change in thought/behavior.
Enable: Using the combination of education and enlightenment create resources/tools needed to enact change in others through continued proliferation of education and enlightenment.
Internal Application: Considering the three actions; Educate, Enlighten, Enable, apply them to the staff structure of COS-FL. That is, throughout the COS-FL volunteer structure there are points at which we need to take the concepts and principles explained in the COS University videos, manuals, and pamphlets and package them for easy access and presentation/distribution by the volunteer membership. The operative words here are "package" and "easy".

External Application: Considering the three actions: Educate, Enlighten, and Enable; apply them to already established organization/structures within the state of Florida. Specifically and fundamentally, we are talking about the State Department of Education and the entire academic apparatus within K-12 and Universities. More broadly we are talking about organizations such as VFW's, Rotary Clubs, Chambers of Commerce, etc. The question becomes who is applying these actions to these organizations/structures? The answer is, principally, the retired communities of Veterans, Law Enforcement, and Teachers. Why retired? Two reasons - they are retired and have the time and their experience informs them greatly while providing great credibility. Moreover, because they are retired, they are not subjected to undue constraints being actively employed brings.
