Dispelling the illegitimate Constitution myth

Several groups are perpetuating the myth that the U.S. Constitution was the result of a "runaway convention." Fortunately, the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy has published a peer-reviewed scholarly article by Michael Farris debunking this urban legend.
