Constitutional law can be complicated, but the Article V process is actually relatively simple.
As Mark Meckler explained in a recent interview with the Epoch Times, the framers of our Constitution knew that one day the federal government would become too big -- and that day has come.
"Seventy percent of Americans believe the federal government is too big and does too much," Mark said. "Folks in D.C. are not going to ever restrain themselves. They're not going to pass a balanced budget amendment or propose term limits on themselves."
"So, Article V allows us as states to call a convention to get together and propose amendments to restrain federal tyranny."
