Every gun show attendee knows the Second Amendment protects his or her right to “keep and bear” firearms. Many are not aware, however, how Article V of the Constitution can help defend that right from those eager to use every atrocity by a deranged murderer to justify more “gun control.”
For that reason, Convention of States Virginia volunteers set out to raise gun enthusiasts’ awareness of Article V at the SGK Gun Show in Virginia Beach.

The COS team enrolled 50 new supporters at the show. They all were persuaded that restoring limited government in Washington is the surest way to protect all our constitutional rights against federal overreach, not least those protected by the Second amendment.
