There are so many great people in Massachusetts that have been working tirelessly to forge ahead in the storm of the current American political landscape to bring forth the message about an Article V Convention of States, and the numbers keep swelling.
With nine key roles filled coming into 2019, we can count many new volunteers at year's end.
Often these great patriots find their most difficult obstacle to be educating others about this constitutional option for citizens to rescue their government, and that it was written into our founding documents for this very reason.
The average citizen feels powerless against the monolithic and distant federal government and often don’t believe their vote even matters anymore. The government will do as they please, no matter what.
But We the People are not powerless. We are, in fact, the real power. The goal of our new State Content Writers is to better communicate that message.
The discussion about an Article V Convention of States is a great time to remind Americans that our government works for us. Governmental powers are derived from the consent of the governed, not in spite of it.
Perhaps even more impressive is the diversity of roles being filled in the form of leadership. We have welcomed Regional Captains and District Captains, a State Director Team, and a new State Information Analyst.
To continue the groundswell of new volunteers here in the Bay State, a new Social Media Warrior is getting the movement noticed in circles of Americans who otherwise may not be aware.
If you are a repeat visitor to our site, it likely wouldn’t surprise you that an alarming number of citizens are unaware of Article V. Spreading the message on social media will reach many more.
People of many ideologies can understand a monolithic oligarchy can be reined in if we only unite. E Pluribus Unum is more than funny looking words on our money. "From many, one" means a strong, united voice of American citizens demanding just consideration amongst those whom we have elected. It was a defining quality amongst those original colonists, and it can once again save the American people from tyranny.
In total 26 new volunteers from Massachusetts have joined this most important of missions for these United States, filling 33 key roles and joining our nine dedicated volunteers from prior to 2019. We look forward to welcoming many more in December and in 2020.
To those who are already with us, a heartfelt thank you for your time and efforts. To those considering joining the team, I urge you to take the plunge. It is as rewarding as you imagine it will be.
