On September 6th, District Captain Becky Giambarresi had another successful meeting!
More and more people are finding out about face-to-face monthly meetings and jumping all in!
District Captain Becky Giambarresi hosted and District Captains Linda Curran and Bob Hansen joined in on the fun!
So many great ideas were shared. They even went over how to effectively email your legislators!
Becky was a busy lady that week! She drove up to Rochester to support District Captain Carol Petrusewicz in her monthly meeting on Thursday!

The team pitched in to make Thursday's meeting effective! Joshua Skinner, the Veterans Coalition Direction worked speedily to set up the power point equipment. Becky warmly greeted everyone at the doors. Josh's son even came and directed everyone which entrance to use!
A candidate running for office decided to attend, as he wanted to better be able to communicate with his constituents, should he win his race!
Those in attendance got a big picture of how Article V works.
They even learned who Convention of States opponents are.
Most importantly, they learned what they can do about those slinging verbal arrows at Convention of States. Since 19 states have passed their Resolutions in which their Applications have already been submitted to Congress, the opposition's voice continues to increase.

Finally, we wrapped up talking about Article V Day and Constitution Day.
