Texas Governor Greg Abbott understands that in order for our federalist republic to function correctly, the states need to control the laws that govern their own citizens.
As he explained on the Glenn Beck radio program, an Article V Convention of States can give the states a way to enforce their rightful position under the 10th Amendment.
