Petition Signers Still Needed

The Missouri State Legislature adopted the Resolution to call a convention to propose amendments to the U.S. Constitution on May 12, 2017. Our Resolution has a five year sunset clause attached which means that unless a convention is in process by May 12, 2022 the we will need to request an extension from our legislature in order to support the convention.

Signing the petition today to call a convention may seem unnecessary or irrelevant but there are reasons why we still need every person in Missouri to step up and sign up. The voices of the people of Missouri were heard in Jefferson City because we all spoke together.

The Convention of States Project and the American people have an opposition which believes that they have more rights than we do. As they become more vocal so should We, The People of Missouri.

When you sign the petition you are joining your voice to those of other Americans who love our country and our Constitution.
