North Dakotans, you have a chance to witness history in the making tomorrow.
The Convention of States application in North Dakota -- HCR 3014 -- is scheduled to go before the House Veterans Affairs Committee TODAY, February 5, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (CT) at the Capitol Building, 600 East Boulevard Avenue, Brynhild Haugland Room.
If HCR 3014 passes, North Dakota will join Virginia in securing a committee victory, as the Commonwealth’s Article V bill passed both the House and Senate Rules Committees last week.
Our sponsor, Rep. Jim Kasper (HD-46), serves as the chairman of the committee and has encouraged the grassroots to attend the committee hearing in full force! Our resolution will be held in a large room, so let's fill it will hundreds of Convention of States supporters.
