BURRR! Thursday, Jan 12th, 2023, was wet, cold, and slippery! Yet, we had dedicated COS supporters travel from Nottingham, Somersworth, Farmington and Rochester come together and take some effective grassroots action!
We starting the evening with a Tele Patriot mission, making phone calls inviting other petition signers to come to Concord for HCR1 hearing on Jan 27th. We got to share the GREAT NEWS that NH's COS Resolution was being heard in committee! It's not too late to join the Tele Patriot team! Click here to learn how!
New Veterans met with returning veterans that have come to meetings prior- they all understood the need to take action to protect the original intent of the Constitution! Joshua Skinner, our Veterans Coalition Director, welcomed everyone and shared how many veterans continue to choose to support and build up the grassroots army with Convention of States!
One couple who journeyed far through the slick streets shared how their children even understand how our runaway federal government has set them up for a bleak future. Luckily, their parents know of the peaceful solution to change that- Convention of States!
We only reserved a short time to make phone calls because we needed more time to work together with creating our Legislator packets!
It really makes an impact when we are prepared and have available information for our Legislators. There are so many different ways to talk with you Legislators, but the most effective way is to just do it!
The Map of the 19 passed states is still my favorite, as it shows that COS is all American-all political parties support it!
Now is the time for action!
Come to the committee hearing on Jan 27th show your support!
You can log in and show your support to the committee if you are unable to attend in person.
Then contact your legislators. After HCR1 leaves committee, all of the House will have a vote.
Now is a perfect time to make time to talk with your legislators and ask for their support to make NH the 20th State to pass it's COS Resolution!
